Choose a direction: everyday casual, work-ready, weekend, vintage, bold colour or a fresh start. Tell us colours, fabrics and items to avoid. Sizes come from you; we check garment measurements before confirming a selection.
Proposed subscriptions renew monthly. Before launch, the checkout will show your exact billing date, delivery schedule and a self-service cancellation option. Gifts can be addressed to someone else. Bulky and fragile items are excluded.
New donated pieces and designer finds may be included where available. Piece counts are targets based on suitable stock, fit and actual normal in-store prices; particular brands are not guaranteed.
Proposed loyalty extras: after 3 successfully paid months, 10% extra pack value; after 6, 20% instead. After 12, keep that uplift and receive one bonus find each quarter. Paused months do not earn cycles; earned loyalty remains on return. Delivery after the local trial is confirmed before joining.
