Customer care

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Our seven-day return window is an additional change-of-mind policy. It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Ask us within seven calendar days of purchase. Please provide the item and proof of purchase. The item must be unused, in the condition sold, and have any tags still attached. A refund requires manager approval and is normally returned to the original payment method. We may offer store credit where appropriate.

Faulty or incorrectly described items

Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply, including to second-hand and sale items. These rights are not limited to seven days. We may assess the item before providing a remedy.

For a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may first offer an appropriate repair. A staff member may approve an exchange for a faulty item; refunds are recorded with manager approval as an internal control.

What to bring

  • The item.
  • Your receipt, online order number, or another reasonable proof of purchase.
  • Details of the fault or the reason for a change-of-mind request.

This policy is intended to operate alongside, and not exclude, the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law.
