Mattresses require patient, controlled care. We use a low-moisture process and allow thorough drying time before a suitable mattress is prepared for sale or community support.
Detailed vacuuming
Both sides, seams, piping, edges and crevices receive close attention before any targeted treatment.
Targeted care
Visible areas are treated according to the fabric and condition, without saturating the mattress.
Controlled cleaning
A low-moisture rinse and extraction approach is used where appropriate. We do not flood or pressure-wash mattresses.
Thorough drying
The mattress is ventilated and dried with airflow and, when needed, dehumidification. This stage cannot be rushed.
Final check & storage
We check for remaining moisture, residue, odour and visible condition before breathable, moisture-aware storage.
Why controlled moisture matters
Drying is part of the clean.
Over-wetting can trap moisture inside deep padding. Our process focuses on controlled application, extraction, airflow and a hands-on moisture check before the mattress moves to storage.
What to expect

A suitable preloved mattress may still retain a faint cosmetic mark or another sign of previous use.
Our process is a careful retail preparation process. It is not medical sterilisation, and we do not represent preloved products as allergen-free.
